- No loud music, loud visitors or parties
- No Short Rentals
- No Electric Scooter or Ebikes (fire hazard), mining of Digital Coins
- Overnight ONE visitor if is your other significant

This is a family home. We live on the floor above. The rental area is Private. So if you are looking for privacy after work, or you are a student or remote working, this is a great place.!

Proof of employment required: W2, Paystubs, permission to contact your employer. If you are a commuter (Airline Industry, etc), I could fairly give you a discount.
I work in midtown and it takes approx 1 hour to get there.
There is also a Express bus Stop nearby that could take about 40 mins.
