This room is being offered in a two-family house (second floor) in Woodhaven, Queens, a family-friendly neighborhood. The house is located on a quiet street, yet is a couple of blocks from the subway station (J train), grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc. (about 40 minutes to Manhattan - Essex Street).

The room features a twin-sized bed, desk, chair, 3 large windows and space to store your clothes. All linens are included.

The eat-in kitchen features a microwave, full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven, pots/pans/dishes, all kitchen essentials for those who like to cook! Basic spices and tea/coffee are available as well. Shared dining room (common area) is next to the kitchen with Nespresso machine. Shared sunroom with a small table and chairs as well! Lovely backyard/garden and patio with table to enjoy during the warmer months. In the past, guests have enjoyed eating out there.

Everything in the neighborhood is within easy reach on the main road, including all shops, restaurants, laundromat, grocery store, subway station and more!
