Very nice, bright small room with a big window, furnished with a 14” mattress, a captain bed with 5 large drawers, a fan and a portable garment closet. It has a beautiful window seat with storage space underneath. Wifi and all utilities included, except AC in the summer.
Full bathroom to be shared with two nice young ladies.
Small shared kitchenette with microwave, fridge, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
No smoking, no drugs, no overnight visitors.
Common areas must always be kept clean.
Will answer all questions, phone calls and messages.
