the room is small but you can comfortably fit a full size bed in there. i have a small dog and a bearded dragon, so you have to be okay with pets! i am easy to get along with and prefer the house to stay clean. i have visitors every once in a while and i’m okay with you having visitors (within reason!) i’m big on communication and i am not passive aggressive in the slightest so i prefer for my roommate to also be direct. utilities are not included in the rent, so we will split them. i work a lot so i’m not home all the time.
