Looking for a clean, responsible female roommate to share a well-located apartment in Sunnyside, Queens. (Current roommate loved it here but she is relocating to another country)

The room:
Large private bedroom with plenty of space for a queen or king-size bed and additional furniture.

Rent & costs:
• $1,350/month
• Gas & heat included but Wifi+electric is typically around $100/month between 2, more or less depending on usage
• One-month security deposit
• New roommate will need to co-sign the lease with the current roommate

Move-in:
Available late December or January 1st. Exact move-in date can be discussed.

Apartment/building:
• Elevator building
• Laundry on-site
• Short walk to the 7 train and bus lines
• Sunnyside, Queens (43rd St)
