ASAP Looking for a rommate for 2 bed apartment!

Hi! I am looking for a female rommate to join me on around ~2k 2 bed apartment! Until October, I will contribute smaller portion (aroubd 700) for the smaller room, while the roommate would contribute aroud 1,300 for the larger room. Starting in October, we would split rent 50/50 at 1,000 each. All utilities and shared expences are to be 50/50! (not included in rent)

About me:
Hi again! I am a student interested in pursuing illustration, psychology and tattoo art. I am passionate about games, writing, graphic novels and books, philosophy, would love to be traveling more and enjoy both being outdoorsy or indoors.
I would love to have bonding activities once in a while (board games, etc.), but having completely separate lives is also a great approach with clear communication and mutual respect.

We would agree on clear roommate rules together regarding chores, cooking, guests/overnight stays, schedules, etc.

As my portion of rent is smaller, I will definetly take on other responcibilities to have it more even. This apartment is close to Manhattan and is very cheap - I put a lot of effort finding it and hope for your undestanding and willingness to colaborate. We can defiently talk about it in-detail and in-person!
