☀️ Sunny, peaceful room in Sunnyside, Queens (Women only, May 26 – Aug 12, $950/mo utilities included)

Hi everyone, I’m subletting my room in Sunnyside for the summer while I’m away. Looking for a clean, responsible woman who wants a chill, peaceful spot to call home.
The room: You’ll sleep on a full-size Japanese-style mattress on a tatami mat, super comfortable and it folds up so you get your whole room back during the day. Minimalist vibes.
The apartment: 3-bedroom with 2 bathrooms (one full with shower, one half bath). There’s a dedicated shared office room with my monitor and WFH setup if you work from home, plus a separate kitchen and dining space. We keep things really clean, everyone tidies up after themselves and it stays that way.
The roommates: Two women, one in her mid-20s and the other late 30s in the service industry. The nicest, most easygoing roommates I’ve ever had. The house is quiet and peaceful, great for actually getting good sleep. The apartment comes with Belka 🐱, the friendliest, cutest little cat, so no cat allergies :)
The neighborhood: Sunnyside is a gem, extremely safe, I walked home late at night 5 days a week for months and never felt uneasy. It’s a family-oriented neighborhood with every kind of cuisine you can think of and famous bakeries. Laundromat and supermarket are both a 5-minute walk.
Transit: About a 12-minute walk to the 7 train, which runs every 3 minutes even on weekends. You’re connected to Midtown in no time.
$950/month, all utilities included. Available May 26 through August 12.
