Small Room for Rent in Sunnyside

Small private room available in a clean, quiet apartment in South Sunnyside. The room gets decent natural light and comes with a small closet. The apartment has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and there’s a good amount of common space, especially the living room.
You’d be living with three other guys in total. Everyone is pretty laid back and on different schedules, so the place stays quiet and it’s actually pretty rare for everyone to be home at the same time. We keep things respectful and low-key. We also live directly above the landlord and his family, so this isn’t a party apartment.

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk to the 40th St and 46th St 7 train stations. The Q67 bus is right outside and the B24 is nearby, which makes it easy to get to Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and basics within walking distance.

Utilities aren’t included and usually come out to around $50/month.
