Hey there! I’m renting out my lovely room in Sunnyside, Queens, for July 1 – August 30.

• Located on 39th Place, just a 10-min walk to the 7 train → easy commute to Manhattan
• Friendly landlords and a cozy, well-kept apartment

I’ve been living here for 1.5 years and absolutely love it, but I’ll be visiting family for the summer, so I’d love to have someone respectful enjoy the space while I’m away.
