Hi! I have a bright, comfortable private room available now in the Sunnyside Gardens / Astoria area, just three blocks from the 52nd Street 7 train stop (about 15 minutes to Manhattan).

The room fits a queen bed easily, has a built-in closet, two sunny windows, and comes with a wooden dresser.

Utilities are included. Move-in is first month’s rent + one month security.

You’d share a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with two others in a calm, clean three-bedroom first floor apartment.

I’m a working professional male in my 30s, laid-back, tidy, and respectful. Looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and clean.

Long-term is ideal, but shorter stays can be discussed.
