Hi. I am looking for 1 female roommate to share my 2 bed 1 bath apt in Sunnyside NY.
My APT building is located very close to 7 Train 40th St station & 46th St station (4 min walk to 40th St station)!
My APT has 2 bed rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen.
The renting room is private, spacious, clean room with 2 windows, hardwood floors. There are furniture if you wanted. a bed, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 1 dresser and 1 hanger rack as you see in the photos.
I am looking for a female roommate who works from Mon-Fri or Student with stable financial condition to pay rent on time.
I am clean, quiet non-smoking female without pets and am looking for the same type of a female roommate.
The Renting Room is available from Feb. 1 2026.
