My APT building is located very close to 7 Train 40th St station & 46th St station (4 min walk to 40th St station)!
My APT has 2 bed rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen.
The renting room is private, spacious, clean room with 2 windows, hardwood floors. There are furniture if you wanted.
I am looking for a female roommate who works from Mon-Fri or Student with stable financial condition to pay rent on time.
I am clean, quiet non-smoking female without pets and am looking for the same type of a female roommate.
