Room wanted in Sunnyside Queens

Hi! I'm moving out of my room in Sunnyside Queens in December and I'm looking for someone to take the lease (sublease situation). The room is $1365 plus utilities that usually is less than $60. Ideally we're looking for a woman, the apt is shared with two women (both speak Spanish, so that's a plus). Must be clean since everyone rotates the week cleaning so you'll be responsible to clean the common areas every other 2 weeks. No pets allowed unfortunately (lease requirements) and visitors are allowed depending on the situation. The room comes Furnished with a queen size bed (that has two drawers at the bottom - more storage yay!) , 35inches TV, small table and chair, closet, and AC.

Everyone is super nice, the roommates are all respectful, mature, responsible women, so they expect the same! (I think it's just common sense haha)

Located in Sunnyside Queens, one block from the 7 train and the Laundromat (even though the building has its own Laundromat in the basement), also the building has an elevator which is a plus! 2 blocks from a 24 hour CVS and two blocks from grocery stores.
