in a fully-furnished, drug & smoke-free apartment: Very suitable especially for international visitors (students, interns, full-time temporary employees, etc).

ABOUT THE PLACE:
- Total max occupants: 4 roommates, (current roommates: 2 males, 1 female)
- Very nice, clean, quiet and safe apartment with available furnished private room in a 2 family private house.

- Only two away from the major shops, grocery, pizzerias, laundromats, restaurants and such.,
- Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood,
- 3 blocks from the 7 train.
- Heat and hot water included,
- NO general house chores, errands, maintenance, responsibilities or such. The main requirement is that everyone to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, and other common areas and leave it the way it was for the other roommates.

KITCHEN:
- Large size eat-in-kitchen,
- Over-the-range Samsung Smart Microwave,
- Dpuble-door large size Samsung fridge,
- Samsung large smart gas oven,
- 3-shelves cabinet,
- All necessary silverware, pans, plates, glasses for cooking comfortably,

- Cabinet with shelves for individual storage.

GENERAL HOUSE REQUIREMENTS:
- No smoking (of any kind..) in the house,
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Absolutely no exceptions,
- No pets,
- No overnight visitors

ABOUT THE RENT and ETC:

- a) $1,275 / month for 3+ months stay OR
b) $1,375 / month for 2 months stay OR
c) $1,475 for 1 month stay
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- On month-to-month basis, with 30 days advance notice requirement when moving out,
- Full month rental required for the last month,
- Utilities (electricity and gas, wireless broadband) are NOT included and are split 3 ways, each month and vary from month to month due to electricity and gas usage.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATE:
- 1 person only... (no couples in the room.)
- Drug and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important),
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc),
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays.
