This apartment is on the First Floor so there are no steps to climb. When you enter the building, the first room that is available is very large and has a window and a locking door. The bathroom will be shared when we find someone for the next room.. There is also a kitchen that is shared. As of now the apt is partially occupied with a female in the other room. Gas and Electric and WiFi and Heat and Hot water are included but for the summer months MAY JUNE JULY AUGUST SEPTEMBER the owner set a limit of $65 per month on the electric so anything over the $65 cost is to be paid by the tenant during the summer months. You will need 1 month rent, 1 month security and 1 month broker fee
