I’m a professional female lives in this apartment and looking for a female roommate
the location is Prime, and the neighborhood is top safety, it's only 15-20 minutes only to midtown Manhattan or to Time Square. It's bright and neat in and you will be sharing the Apartment with one person only.
The location is surrounded with lots of restaurants, bars, laundries, etc.. and ONLY foot steps to 7 Train station.
Room description:
Nice private room in a 2-Bedroom apartment it’s place to feel peaceful and enjoy the city! The room is with beautiful bed , TV, night light, dresser, closet, and big size table as a spacious area for work or study, or to eat with 2 bar chairs .
Internet is provided, the kitchen is available for light cooking.
The Building has elevator and secured with security cameras.

Requirements:
- Proof of income and 3 last paystubs.
- $300 per week and $300 one week deposit security maximum stay is 28 days (4 weeks).
Stay of a week or less will be considered and will consider the rent also based on short period of time staying.
Notes: No couples
for one female preferred.
