- Total occupants: 3 roommates, (Currently 1 male, 1 female - for informational purposes)
- Very nice, clean, quiet and safe apartment with available furnished private room in a 2 fam. private house.

- Only a block or two away from the major shops, grocery, pizzerias, laundromats, restaurants and such.
- Available front-yard space for chilling, BBQing, etc in good weather.
- Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood

- NO general house maintenance, responsibilities or such. The main requirement is that everyone to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, and leave it the way it was for the other roommates.

- Individual 3-shelves mid-size cabinet,
- All necessary silverware, pans, plates, glasses for cooking comfortably

GENERAL HOUSE REQUIREMENTS:
- No smoking (of any kind..) in the house.
- No illegal drugs of any kind. Absolutely no exceptions
- No pets.

ABOUT THE RENT & ETC:
- $1,100 / month for 3+ months stay,
- $1,1175 / month for 2 months stay
- $1,250 for 1 month stay
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- Utilities (electricity, wireless broadband, Netflix) are NOT included and are split 3 ways, each month and vary from month to month due to electricity and gas usage.

ABOUT THE TENANT:
- 1 person only...
- Drug and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important)
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc)
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has no or minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays.
Persons who are in NYC for short terms (3-6 months), international visitors are quite welcome.
