Short term Roommate for sanctuary Sunnyside APT

Hello!

Our lovely roommate is moving out and now looking for the third roommate that wants to share the nice lil' apt in Sunnyside :) The rent is $700

Apt/Room:
-2nd floor in a townhouse (1flight up)
-5-6min walk from the subway
-has a balcony that faces a little green park
-kitchen and living room separate
-room is furnished (bed, bedding, closet, drawer, desk, chair, desk lamp, etc.)
-has windows, lots of sun

Neighborhood:
-quiet super family friendly neighborhood (very safe)
-14 min to Manhattan (takes 30 min door to door for me to commute to midtown office)
-super multicultural, good and cheap! (Mediterranean Deli, Turkish grocery stores, Romanian restaurant, Thai take outs, Irish pubs, Japanese grocery stores, list goes on)
-starbucks, korean cafe, 24 hr grocery stores
-5 min to 24 hr grocery store
-2 min walk to great pub crawl street
-laundry across the street
-lovely and friendly neighbors :)
-lots of greens/trees/birds, etc.

YOU:
-have a stable job & pay rent on time
-quiet, organized, respectful, and friendly
-clean up afterwards
-keep the place nice and clean
-voluntarily cleans bathroom, kitchen, and buys commonly shared consumables
-is preferably female in the early 30s
-no drama, pets, drugs, or smokers, please.
