They would like someone who values their living space and appreciates an apartment to share and pay their rent on time and respect their roommates. It is a 2/3 Bedroom Apartment in a 2 family house(Owner lives upstairs) in Sunnyside, 48th Avenue, Queens
(2 1/2 blocks from the 7 train). The room has 2 windows, bright and sunny as it gets a lot of light especially first thing in the morning. The sun rises on this side of the house. The apartment has a living room(this is the 3rd bedroom), kitchen and large bathroom that is shared.

We are LOOKING for a CLEAN kitchen/bathroom person. We have not had luck in this aspect and it is a DEAL BREAKER.
We have had people who FRY everything.. a nice grease film on everything, not clean after themselves, use every cup imaginable and leave it dirty for days, wash the dishes and there still is a grease film on the bottom, use the pots and pans and leave them dirty on the stove for days. We don't need you to be a CLEAN or NEAT FREAK but a clean one so we can also use the kitchen and bathroom.

One thing that is unique to this space is that if you are a good roommate and tenant should you outgrow the roommate situation and want your own apartment I know many other landlords and can vouch for you being if you've been a good tenant.
