Easy going looking for a professional who is respectful clean and drama free. Preferably someone who is busy working and/or studying. I?m looking to share my space with someone friendly but also respect each other?s privacy and space.
I have a 3 yrs old cat, Tiger. Very friendly. Usually kept out of the room.
There is no living room. Each room is its own mini studio with queen size bed, desk , couch, tv etc.. Share kitchen and bathroom

The room is large with a queen size bed, futon, tv, closet and storage space, mini fridge. (Desk added after pictures were taken ) Wi-fi and utilities included. Good heat , hardwood floors... Pre war building located on 40 st on the # 7 train ...
Sunnyside is close to everything, busses and train a block away. Easy access to Astoria, Williamsburg and midtown. Full of restaurants and bars, grocery stores, gym, 24 hrs stores, laundries, coffee shops.
