I have two rooms on the second floor on my home. I live here with my mother and i dog sit from home. The person(s) wanting the room(s) will share the bathroom upstairs or have the bathroom to themselves if you need both rooms.
If both rooms are wanted the rent would be $2200. Kitchen is downstairs and it will be shared. (I can supply a small refrigerator for you if needed)
Any cooking you need to do, kitchen is free to use.
Can’t be afraid of dogs because i am a dog sitter and have dogs in my home daily.
