Looking for the perfect roommate ( couples welcome) who loves both city life and beach life.

This bright, airy, recently renovated apartment in Rockaway is just steps from the beach and about 50 minutes from Manhattan, with easy access by subway, bus and NYC Ferry.

While this is technically a shared apartment, you’ll basically have the space to yourself most of the time. I come in approximately once a month during the day to prep materials for my business, working out of a separate room off the kitchen. I do not spend the night.

You’ll have your own very large bedroom, separate private office/guest room, private hallway and your own bathroom. The kitchen is the primary shared space.

Everything has been newly renovated, and the apartment gets wonderful natural light throughout the day. Morning sunlight fills the main living spaces, while your bedroom gets beautiful golden western light in the afternoon.

It’s spacious, peaceful and airy—a great setup for someone who wants privacy, room to work from home, and the feeling of having their own apartment without paying for an entire beachfront apartment alone.
