Short Term Stays at a Duplex in Trendy Ridgewood

Welcome to 19-24 Linden!

Coming October 15, I have a furnished room for rent in the heart of trendy Ridgewood! Utilities are included! ⚡️🔋💡

AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM STAYS!

$500 for a week, or $1250 for the month!!!

Room is on the lower level of the duplex. It comes furnished with a bed and a dresser. There is a window (not pictured here), and a small courtyard (pictured here). You share a bathroom with two roommates (both male). Bathroom is cleaned weekly. We ask that you leave the bathroom as you found it after each use - same goes for kitchen!

This is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex apartment. There are three beds up top and three on the ground floor. The room is available for a minimum two-month stay. You can extend after those 2 months, just let me know!

Roommates are all chill 20 and 30 somethings. Currently, they are all guys, with two of them being queer. There is a sweet cat here named Nugget, but we’re not looking for any other pets here. Please be okay with all that before reaching out! 🙏

Kitchen contains plates, utensils, pots—whatever you need! There is a common space upstairs and downstairs. There is laundry in the building.

Neighborhood provides endless fun. Ridgewood is basically a cute village with a community feel. You get all the lively quirk of Bushwick with the residential charm of Queens. There are plenty of cute spots to explore (I. e., Rolo’s, Milk and Pull, While in Kathmandu, plus Aunt Ginny’s on the corner when you need a divey vibe). The Seneca M is a block away, getting you to lower Manhattan in 25 mins!!!!
