Room in 3 br. for lease takeover

I am moving out of my room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Ridgewood and am looking for a new tenant to take over my spot. This would be a lease takeover through April 1st, 2027, without an option to renew. So, this is a great opportunity for a temporary living situation for 6 months or so. The room will be ready as soon as Oct. 16, and your rent will be pro-rated accordingly if you move in mid-month. November 1st move-ins are also okay, but Oct. 16 is preferred.

There are two other roommates in our unit, both males in their late twenties / early thirties and service industry workers. They're kind and soft-spoken, mostly keep to themselves but happy to chat and get to know you if you're interested in that. There is access to a backyard patio through the basement and rooftop access with seating and nice views of the city. We share a bathroom on the first floor, but we do also have a half bath in the basement for use if the upstairs is taken and you need to go.

We're located one block from the Seneca M stop and 6 minutes from the Myrtle-Wyckoff L stop. You can be in Manhattan in under 30 minutes and easily access anywhere in north Brooklyn. Our neighborhood is quiet and residential, with a cultural offering of cafes, bookstores, vintage shops and underground nightclubs. Bushwick is just a 10 minute walk away.
