Hi!

My name is Jasmine and I’m currently looking for a roommate to move into an apartment with me either Oct.1st or Nov.1st (the latest). I’m a 27 year old Brooklyn, NY native that works in the film industry. Just some quick facts about what it’s like to live with me:

- I’m an African American masculine lesbian. If you are homophobic, racist or anything of that sort please do not respond to this ad.
- I have an overnight hybrid job. I work from home Monday-Wednesday then I’m out the house Thursday-Saturday.
- I have no problem with you bringing guests over such as friends, family members or romantic partners. All I ask is that all guests are respectful of the space. If you would like to throw a party or a gtg, just let me know at least a week ahead of time.

My budget is currently $1800 for rent. I’ve been looking into other places but this is the most promising so far. I have pictures and videos so message if you’d like to see. Also, I would like to meet in person at least once or twice prior to moving in. We can meet at a cafe or something just to get a feel for each other. Feel free to message me if you’re interested!
