Looking for Two Roommates to Sign Bushwick Lease~!

Hi! I'm a preschool teacher working in Brooklyn and my other roommate are looking for two more roomates to sign a year lease!

The apartment is right off the Jefferson stop on the L train, about a seven minute walk. Once you’re on the train, it’s about a 15-minute ride to Union Square! There are also tons of cute shops, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance of the apartment :)

It’s a 4 bed, 2 bath, and the total rent is $4,800, so $1,200 per person. We also have in-unit laundry! Utilities typically come out to around $80–$150 per person for electricity, $10 per person for gas, and $20 per person for Wi-Fi.

So overall, it comes out to around $1,300–$1,350 a month per person, including utilities :) We're more than happy to accomodate subletting once the lease is signed!
