This is a lease takeover beginning October 1, subject to approval by our property management company. Applicants will need to meet the building’s standard requirements of 40x the monthly rent and good credit, or have a qualifying guarantor who meets the 80x rent requirement. The application and approval process is handled directly through property management, who have been very responsive and easy to work with.

We’re looking for a third roommate to join our co-ed household in Ridgewood, Queens — currently one woman and one man, both around 30. The apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street with lots of restaurants, bars, cafés, and neighborhood spots nearby. We’re about a 5-minute walk to the M train and 10 minutes to the L.

The incoming roommate would primarily share one bathroom with Brandon; Donielle mostly uses the second. We’re happy to adjusting the setup as needed so it works fairly for everyone.

We’re open to another pet as long as they’re a good fit for the household. For dogs, we’re looking for Corgi-sized or smaller, and any additional pet would need to be compatible with Squid.
