3 Bedroom apartment in Ridgewood NY on Metropolitan Avenue. I am looking to fill in the two smaller rooms and sign a new 1 year lease starting October 1st. The unit is on the top floor(3rd floor) of the complex. Apartment includes washer/dryer in unit, roof access, and water is included in rent. I am quiet, clean, and respectful of others, and the neighbors in the complex are as well. FYI I do have a cat she's chill.

Apartment is ~10 minutes away from both the Jefferson and Dekalb L train stops, bus stops for the B38 and Q54 less than a block away . Extremely close to Grover Cleveland Park and walking distance from both Ctown Supermarket and Western Beef.
