🏠 Rooms: $950 + $1,000/month + utilities. One is HUGE (approx. 14x11) with a large closet/storage shelves, and the other is a comfortable standard-sized bedroom with its own closet. Both have windows + individual AC/heat units.

✨ Apartment: Hardwood floors, good storage, intercom, shared living room/kitchen, bidet, streaming services + a projector coming soon. We also have a fire escape you can sit out on and roof access with an INSANE view of multiple boroughs.

The apartment is getting a full deep clean + little glow-up before move-in, with newly furnished/refreshed common spaces and new home essentials. Freshly cleaned, freshly saged, cozy new-home energy lol. I also want you to bring your own style/art/plants/whatever makes you you 🖤

About me: I’m 24 (they/she), a student + self-employed artist/drag performer with multiple steady gigs. I’m very clean but not intense about it. Think kind mom roommate energy 😂 I like a home where we communicate, keep shared spaces nice, hang out sometimes and also respect each other’s space.
