Lots of good bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment has central air and a dishwasher. Laundry machines are located in the basement.

The rent is 1650 and utilities (except internet) are INCLUDED in the rent. Couples will be considered if it seems like a good fit.

The room and common spaces will be PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED before the move-in date.

The management company will run a credit check and background check on all applicants. If you have "charge offs" or debt that's gone to a collector they will deny your app :/
