Small bedroom w/ private bath

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over 3rd roommate’s lease starting in September 1st with the option to sign a lease in March.

The room is $1,080/month with a security deposit of $975 and includes your own private bathroom. This is a 3 bed, 3 bathroom apartment. There is laundry in the basement and access to the roof. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the M train by Seneca Ave or Forest Ave or a 10 minute walk to the L by Myrtle Wyckoff.

A little about us: we’re two working professionals in our 30s, looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. We keep the apartment clean, quiet, and respectful. We’re friendly, easygoing, and value maintaining a quiet comfortable home while respecting each other’s space and privacy.

We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, responsible, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, you’re in your late 20s to late 30s, but we’re open to anyone who’s a good fit for the apartment.
