Looking for roommate to apply for 2b/2ba, $1900/mo

I'm currently looking for a roommate to apply with me for a year-long lease starting August 1 in a really great 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Ridgewood.

I'm currently subletting the apartment through the end of July and have the opportunity to stay, but since the current roommate is moving out (to be closer to work), we'll have to submit a new lease application together. I'm hoping to find someone ASAP so we can get everything approved before the lease starts. Need to be able to meet the building's application requirements (standard application docs, income 40x rent and 700+ credit score).

About the room/apartment:
- Available 8/1
- Ridgewood, Queens
- 5-minute walk to the Myrtle–Wyckoff L/M (~20 mins to Manhattan
- Rent will be approximately $3,792/month total (~$1,896 each)
- Utilities and internet usually run about $150–200/person
- 2 bed / 2 bath (so you have your own bathroom!)
- Room currently has a full sized mattress and frame, but otherwise unfurnished (can fit up to a queen with space for a desk)
- Common space is mostly unfurnished so there's room to make it our own
- Central A/C
- In-unit dishwasher
- Shared balcony with Manhattan skyline views (but your room will have direct access)
- Laundry in basement, gym, outdoor terrace deck, all in building
- no pets
- First month's rent and security deposit due on move-in
