Looking for one male roommate to fill a bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment in Ridgewood. Rent is $1,155/month + utilities (ConEd + Wi-Fi).

-Shared backyard (with other units, but generally available for respectful use)

-Second-floor apartment (just one flight of stairs!)
-2 blocks from the M train and about a 5-minute walk to the L
-Surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, bars, grocery stores, laundromats, and delis
-Lively neighborhood that’s still quiet and residential

About us:

Lita (25) – Works in film & media and loves yoga. Often in and out during the week and usually out on weekends. Has a boyfriend who visits regularly.

Chester (28) – Actor who also works in catering and retail. Often in and out of the house as well. Plays guitar but not loud.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re hoping to find someone who is quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. This isn’t a party or hosting apartment—we all mostly keep to ourselves and spend the majority of our time in our own rooms. We’d love someone with a similar lifestyle who’s looking for a calm, low-key home rather than a social house.

As long as you pay rent and clean up after yourself, we're good.
No pets or couples.
