We need a third roommate for our lovely, cozy railroad apartment right off the Myrtle-Wyckoff L. Primary tenant (me) has lived here for over four years. Second tenant is rarely here. I have a friendly, well-behaved cat named Willow — she has good boundaries and loves new friends.

We have everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and everything outside the room is fully furnished. In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher! The neighborhood is a nice mix of families and young professionals.

Women, nonbinary, and female-identifying candidates only, please! Lefty values, LGBTQ friendly. Tidy home but not uptight about it.

While I'd love to have another cat in the apartment, I have no idea how my cat will react to sharing the space, and I don't want to create a stressful living situation for the animals or humans.
