Clean Quiet Roommate Needed for 2Bdr/2Bth/2Flr Apt

hello! I'm looking for a quiet, organized male roommate to join my apartment in Queens near Bushwick (Ridgewood). If you are Christian, that would be a plus, but not essential. I had someone who was interested for the last several months, but they had to bail last min. Please let me know if you are familiar with anyone who may have interest, even if it's not you. Here are the details:

-2 floor, 2 bdr, 2 full baths connected to each bdr. Exclusive backyard with deck, patio furniture, grill. All the common areas like the basement & kitchen are already pre-fully furnished with couches, table, cookware, plates, etc. - all you would need is your own personal stuff & bedroom furniture.
- First floor for easy move-in
- 9 min walk to the nearest train (m train at forest ave). 45 min commute to midtown. citibike stations right down the block.
- stainless steel appliances incl brand new fridge & dishwasher.
- high ceilings, lots of storage
- 24/7 high-end supermarket directly across the street. laundromat 2 mins away
- close to cool coffee shops, bars & restaurants in ridgewood.
*- we have the benefit of 6 years of the same group of guys living here, so they haven't upped the rent much. what we pay is not commensurate with how nice the place is.*
-~$1500 per person per month (not incl utilities).
- move-in date for new lease would be 7/15, but i may be able to ask the landlord for flexibility there if that doesn't work
