The Room

We’re looking for a male mature roommate to share a 2FL floor apartment. We're looking for a person who is clean, neat, and respectful. Criminal background check is required ($40 fee). Must have a full time job and make at three times the rent per month. Proof of income is required.

About the room: Large available in a 2FL floor very quiet apartment. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, a night stand, and includes a good sized closet. More pictures coming soon.

About the apartment: Newer kitchen and two full baths. The place will be shared with mature working professional males who want a quiet place to live (bathrooms and kitchen is shared). Loud noise is not permitted, pets are not permitted. All utilities are included (heat, electric, and wifi). All roommates are expected to take turns doing chores to keep the place clean, if you're not willing to contribute this place is not for you.

About the neighborhood: Ridgewood is a vibrant community with wonderful restaurants, coffee houses, and more and is a short train ride to Manhattan (29 minutes to Union Sq, 35 minutes to Chelsea). Nearby bodega and Spanish restaurant make excellent food at great prices.

Nearby Transportation: L Train - Halsey St. (5 min walk); M train - Seneca Ave (10 min); Q55, B20

1 month rent and 1 month security required to move in ($2,100). $40 fee will be required to cover the criminal background check. The initial rental period will be for 3 months and can be extended if everything works out.
