We’ve got a very large furnished room in our two floor Ridgewood duplex available for asap April move-in. Ideally looking for April 15, flexible on term but until June 1 would be ideal.

Features LAUNDRY IN-BUILDING and BACKYARD ACCESS. While it's a 4 BR, it feels more like two seperate 2 BR apartments bc it has two full bathrooms, one on each floor, along with separate floor entrances, living rooms etc. Monthly cleaner and internet included.

Room is a great size and gets amazing light -- comes furnished with full bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, nightstand.

It’s on a really scenic block, surrounded by restaurants and shops. M Train is just down the block. There’s a 24-hour supermarket a few blocks away as well.
