Hi! We’re looking for a person for a 3bd/1b apartment in Ridgewood we recently signed. May 1st move-in. Ideally short-term (~3 months) but it’d be a longer, stable term if it works out for everyone. Room comes unfurnished. LGBTQ+ friendly.

We’re looking for:
Someone in their late 20s/early 30s who’s financially responsible, clean and communicative. Preferably someone who has a similar lifestyle as us.

Who you’ll live with:
A woman and man in their late 20s. Both work in service industries and are barely home during the day. Not a party house but we’d like to host occasionally and do activities in the yard especially summer time .
