Roommate Needed in large apartment in Ridgewood!

Looking for a chill roommate to join us in our apartment. We have a 3 bedroom duplex apartment with a private backyard and rooftop access in the heart of Ridgewood. The apartment is a 5-7min walk to L/M trains at Myrtle-Wycoff and 2 blocks to Seneca Ave M Train. Coffee and Matcha shops across the street. So many great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The two existing roommates are both pretty busy outside of the home so Ideally looking for someone with a steady job who doesn’t want to bring the party home. Must be a cat/animal lover! We do have 2 senior cats, so unfortunately it's not possible to introduce any animal newcomers.

About the room:
It is a smaller room, but cozy. It can fit a full size mattress and it does have a closet. You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. The room has a window, doesn't get much sunlight, but you do get a good sleep, IMO! There is a good bedframe in the room that can be yours for a small fee.

The lease for one year or open to 1 month sublet. must have good credit, proof of income. Move in April 1st. Need first and security to move in.
