You’ll be sharing with me, Eliana, a woman in her late 20s who has been living in the apartment for more than 2 years who works in tech and part-time as a barista.

RENT: I need to re-negotiate the lease, so I’m not sure of the exact price! Your share will be between **$1,600-$1,850**, likely on the lower end.

MOVE-IN: Ideally sometime between April 8th and May 1st, but potentially as late as June 1st. Looking for someone to sign a year-long lease with me.

YOU: clean, considerate, and experienced with communicating with roommates, ideally in your mid-twenties to mid-thirties, and are comfortable living on a busy street. Looking for someone who keeps a chill, low-key home without being uptight about it. You do most of your socializing outside the apartment, you're comfortable talking things out when stuff comes up, and you're easygoing about normal living noise.
