(Unfurnished) room for rent in 2br/1b ridhewood apt- apt is super close to tons of fun bars and coffee shops and ceramics studios etc. 1 block from grocery.

-i have 2 cats, so no more pets, so sorry!
-apartment is furnished except for the open room (you wouldnt even need to bring kitchenware, it's all here!)

I am a super friendly roommate, pretty quiet and keep to myself. I have a 8-6 monday-fri job, and usually home on weeknights and around on the weekends a bit. i am very clean (but a bit cluttered at times)- i would love a roommate who is the same (cleaning throughout the week with a full apt deep clean every 2 ish weeks) also open to hiring a cleaning service idk i am very busy haha

utilities run from 50-150 a month, depending.
