Size of the room is just under 10 feet by 10 feet, with high ceilings and a closet attached.

There are modern appliances in the apartment, as well as a stainless steel sink, and a steam washer/dryer combo in unit.

Living room is large, and includes a couch and coffee table.

Heat and hot water included.

Roommates are freelancers (actors, dog walkers, etc.)

I am planning to take the bookshelf and bed frame, but you can keep the desk and the chest of drawers if you want.
