Room available in 4-bed in Ridgewood

Room (just under 10 feet by 10 feet) available April 15th in a 4-bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Ridgewood. Closest subway stations are Forest Ave (M train) and Myrtle-Wyckoff (L train). The room has high ceilings and an attached closet. Living room space is large, and there are two bathrooms.

Roommates would be one female journalist and pet care specialist (in her 30s) and one male actor/receptionist (in his 20s). There would also be another roommate (TBD) moving into the 4th bedroom. Women and/or LGBTQ preferred (since I am moving out).

Heat and hot water are included; Internet and electricity are extra. There is also a steam washer/dryer combo appliance in the unit!

You would be starting with a sublease on April 15th, and preferably renewing the lease on July 1st.

Requirements: income 40x the rent, 700 credit, or a guarantor if you don't meet these requirements.
