I'm looking for a roommate to fill an empty room in my Ridgewood apartment. Located 3 minutes from the Forest Ave M stop and a 12 minute walk to the L.

Dimensions are 9'10" X 9'5"
Price will be in $1,000-$1,200 range.
Move in date mid March
(if you sign onto the yearlong lease a security deposit is required)

Myself and another mid 20s girl live in the apartment currently, and we are looking for someone to sign onto the lease or sublet the empty room! We are clean and respectful roommates. The living room and kitchen are furnished, while the available bedroom is empty.

We also have a lovely furnished rooftop and in building laundry.
