Large bright room. Furnished apartment. Close L &M

I'm renting a large, well-lit room in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. I'm looking for a responsible and clean person to share the lease with. The apartment is furnished, but the room is unfurnished.

One of my hobbies is baking sourdough bread and pizza, so there's practically always fresh bread in this house :) That's why it's very important to me that the person who wants to live with me doesn't have a gluten allergy. Otherwise, any other allergies you might have are fine. Bread is very important to me.

I love coffee and always try to get fresh, light-roast coffee from different parts of the world. I love to share, but I also respect other people's space.

On my days off, I like to go hiking, cycling, or travel to a different city or town.

My ideal roommate would be someone calm, with whom I could become friends, or if not, with whom we could always maintain a respectful relationship. He/She should be punctual and responsible, and would like to live in this apartment for a year or more.

This apartment is two blocks from Seneca Station (M train) and an 8-minute walk from Myrtle/Wickoff Station (L and M trains).
