We're looking for a long-term roommate (at least one year).
Someone that doesn't have people over all the time , and wants a calm, low-key living situation.

Ideally 30+ male , quiet, and respectful.

You'd be living with me (male) and my father-both laidback New Yorkers.

We do have a cat in the apartment.
We're not really looking to add more pets.
