April 1 - Sunny Room in Ridgewood Duplex - Laundry

We’ve got a furnished room in our duplex with laundry and dishwasher opening up in our Ridgewood 4BR / 2BA sublet. Besides laundry and dishwasher, room has a large closet, a full bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, nightstand. If you prefer nearly unfurnished, the only thing that needs to stay is the bed.

It’s on a really quiet block, but surrounded by all the best parts of city living. There’s a 24-hour supermarket literally a block away. Bars and shops a few minute walk away. Closest train is M Forest Ave, about 8 minute walk away, and the L Myrtle-Wyckoff is close as well.

The apartment itself has a conveniences like the aforementioned dishwasher in kitchen, washer-dryer in our private basement, free internet and a monthly cleaner included in rent.
