Hey guys! I'm currently looking for a female roommate to take over my current roomies lease in Jan 2026!

Move in date would be end of jan/start of feb 2026

It's a 2 bed 2 bath (yes, you'll have your own bathroom!) apt with our own private balcony in BK, near L and M lines (15 mins to Lower East Side, 30 minutes to Midtown Manhattan). Our building is a newly renovated luxury apt with gym, lounge, outdoor patios, game room and laundry.

Rent is $2,215 a month per person

A lil about me: 22F, I'm finishing my last year of art school, moved to NYC 4 years ago from Paris, and I'm originally from Beijing! I love socializing with people and new experiences!
