Big Room for Rent in Ridgewood 3 Bedroom Apt: 1050

We're looking for a third roommate to join us in our chill, cozy apartment in Ridgewood; cat welcome too! It's a three-bedroom unit on the third (and top) floor of the building, laundromat down the block, a short walk from cafes, delis, and bus stops, a 12 minute walk from the Seneca M, and a 15 minute walk from the DeKalb L. You'd be moving into the second biggest bedroom, which measures about 10'x11' with a big closet and will be unfurnished.

We're a LGBTQ, laid-back, drama-free, non-smoking household, in our 30s and early 40s, and both work from home. Neither of us drink much/only socially, and neither of us smoke. Occasional overnight guests are welcome, but no live-in partners or children, please. We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet cat Rufus, so we would welcome someone with a cat, but no dogs, please. Looking for someone to commit to a 1 year lease and potentially longer.

The living room, bathroom, and spacious kitchen are shared, as is a small balcony, and a small hall closet.

We're looking for someone to move in ASAP, and along with the month's rent, due at the time of move in would be a $500 security deposit. The landlord would also need a copy of your ID, bank statement, and pay stub.
