One room (will be unfurnished) available in 3br/2ba for JAN 1 move in! Room fits a full/ queen size & has a closet. Utilities not included (around $60-80ish each per person) *FYI some of the living room furniture in pics will be leaving come Jan 1* Bldg has laundry & roof access.

*Just to give you some info upfront- the owner is looking for tenants with a credit score of 680 or higher and income equal to 36x the rent amount. It’s a one year lease, and guarantors are accepted. *If using a guarantor: they require 700 score or above and yearly income 72x the rent*
