- Trains: L and M. Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenue Subway Station and Seneca Ave subway station.
- Furniture in the room: TV, desk, chair, bed, closet, curtains, art, dresser
- On the same block as marketplace, restaurants, park. 6 min walk to Blink fitness gym.
- Utilities: $150 per month (internet, gas, heat, hot water).
- Cleaning: $30 a month
